The Need

The people of Mtshabezi (M-sha-be-zy) area in south-eastern Zimbabwe are hard-working and willing to do what it takes to keep their families alive. However, the economic condition in the country, and the HIV/AIDS epidemic have crippled the health care system. Women and children fall ill and suffer because they have no access to health care.
