They are always working yet they have no leader. Ants do not complain and do not wallow in self-pity; each one is willing to work hard for the community. They spend less time talking and more time doing, they work together to get the job done. They look ahead, stay positive and never give up. It is our goal that Hope for Mtshabezi will follow the ant model.
